The really outstanding feature here is the handles, which for once aren’t some kind of wood or wood-synthetic. They’re always folding crazy stuff together to make a better cutting edge, and you’ll see it in a lot of other knives in this blog. This kind of steel folding isn’t anything new for Shun.
